Adrian Lodders is a multidisciplinary business and technology consultant with experience spanning senior political advisory roles, enterprise consulting, and international collaboration.
He advises organisations on complex digital transformation, governance, and operating-model initiatives, supporting leaders to align technology, risk, and decision-making with strategic objectives. His work focuses on navigating uncertainty, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in high-consequence environments across both public and private sectors.
In government, Adrian served as a senior political adviser, working closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders to provide strategic counsel on policy, governance, and organisational change. This experience informs his approach to institutional risk, public accountability, and practical implementation under political and regulatory constraints.
Adrian’s consulting work includes international engagement and cross-cultural collaboration, supported by postgraduate study in International Relations and ongoing involvement with academic and professional working groups.
He holds a Master of Business (Information Systems) from Victoria University, with postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Change Management, Corporate Governance, and International Relations.
He is also a Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society (MACS CP, IP3P) and a member of the Australia-Malaysia Business Council (Victoria).
