Adrian Lodders is a multidisciplinary business and technology consultant with experience spanning senior political advisory roles, enterprise consulting, and international collaboration.

He advises organisations on complex digital transformation, governance, and operating-model initiatives, supporting leaders to align technology, risk, and decision-making with strategic objectives. His work focuses on navigating uncertainty, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in high-consequence environments across both public and private sectors.

In government, Adrian served as a senior political adviser, working closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders to provide strategic counsel on policy, governance, and organisational change. This experience informs his approach to institutional risk, public accountability, and practical implementation under political and regulatory constraints.

Adrian’s consulting work includes international engagement and cross-cultural collaboration, supported by postgraduate study in International Relations and ongoing involvement with academic and professional working groups.

He holds a Master of Business (Information Systems) from Victoria University, with postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Change Management, Corporate Governance, and International Relations.

He is also a Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society (MACS CP, IP3P) and a member of the Australia-Malaysia Business Council (Victoria).

Evelyn Looi

Evelyn is a dynamic serial entrepreneur, seasoned researcher, and investment professional with a strong passion for exploring new opportunities. Her research encompasses performance improvement, organisational culture, change management, governance, healthcare management, and obesity prevention.

With a diverse professional background, Evelyn has made significant contributions in academia, as well as the private and public sectors. She brings over a decade of academic research experience, four years in teaching and lectureship, and six years in investment management. Additionally, she has provided valuable consulting services across various sectors.

Evelyn's work, which includes contributions to Australia's National Obesity Strategy 2022-2032 and the World Health Organization's Healthy Cities Initiative, has garnered international awards and media recognition. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Otago, an MSc in Management Research from the University of Glasgow, and a 1st Class Honours Bachelor's in Business Information Technology from Coventry University.

Fluent in Cantonese, English, Malay, and Mandarin, Evelyn's linguistic abilities enhance her global reach. She is a co-founder and the Chief Marketing Officer at Marion, a FinTech startup in Malaysia. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Management Consultants, the Performance Management Association, and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management.

Bernard is an accomplished IT Consultant and seasoned Software Developer. He maintains an impressive array of programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Visual Basic .NET, PHP, HTML, Python, and SQL.

His expertise extends beyond developing sophisticated Point Of Sales programs to offering technical assistance, always ensuring customer service of the highest standard.

Bernard's prowess in cross-border collaboration shines in his adeptness to engage with stakeholders from a wide spectrum of global markets. His language skills, encompassing fluency in English and Cantonese and basic competence in Mandarin, exemplify his capacity to operate seamlessly in multicultural environments.

An alumnus of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Bernard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Computer Science.

Ariel Miles

Ariel is an accomplished U.S.-based strategist, specialising in campaigns, communications, and public affairs. She has served in senior campaign management roles, and worked within Governors' offices. Her expertise extends to public policy, having worked for the Heritage Foundation's Policy Services team.

Holding a Master's Degree of Political Management from George Washington University, akin to an MBA of political and public affairs. Her qualifications highlight her deep understanding of strategy, management, and the art of maintaining robust stakeholder relations. In addition, she holds a Master's of Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University, further enhancing her comprehensive grasp of political dynamics and public discourse.

An alumnus of the Leadership Institute in Arlington, Virginia, Ariel's educational and professional journey reflects a commitment to leadership and excellence in political thought, strategy, and effective public engagement.
